Irwin’s Christmas Food Photography Shoot

There’s something pretty special about seeing a food photography shoot come together from start to finish, from the initial brief, to a beautifully styled dish, to the final images where everything has come to life.

Last year, we worked with Irwin’s to capture some of their delicious Christmas products, and we thought we’d tell you a bit more about how it went.

Bringing the products to life

For this shoot, the focus was on showcasing Irwin’s Christmas range in a way that felt natural, seasonal and true to the brand. From the styling, props used and the lighting, every detail was carefully considered to make the products the star of the show.

We used a mixture of textures, props and seasonal details to complement the products without taking attention away from the food itself. Different compositions and angles were explored throughout the shoot, giving Irwin’s a varied collection of images to use across their marketing initiatives and social media.

The Finished Images

The result was a collection of bright and also warm, inviting Christmas images that showcased Irwin’s products beautifully and captured the feel of the festive season.

We love seeing how a shoot develops from an initial brief into a finished set of images, and this was a brilliant project to be part of.
